15% Of Nutaku’s Player Base Are Females

It appears a small contingent of H-games enthusiasts happens to be female. According to a recent three year anniversary infographic from Nutaku, approximately 15% of their player base is female.

Based on the infographic posted up over on the Nutaku blog</a.< the number has risen steadily over the years; starting at a lowly 6% in 2015, and going up to 8% in 2016, and finally – at an almost double-rate of what they achieved the year before – they managed 15% in 2017.

As the caption says in the main image… girls like hentai games, too.

So if you were looking to find someone to date with similar interests to you… Nutaku may not be a bad place for a hook-up, especially when the stats show that 70% of adult gamers are single.

Obviously, though, the large majority of Nutaku’s player base is male. Not only that, but 26% of their player base actually plays H-games at work!

It’s really something that in just three years they managed to accrue 10 million registered users in 2017.

They also managed to sustain more than 36 million visits each month throughout the previous year.

The infographic also reveals that 40% of Nutaku’s registered users play through the website every single day. That’s some serious engagement time. I’m sure there are other game publishers looking at those numbers like “Dang, those lewdy games get it done.”

Too bad publishers in the AAA sector decided to abandon the straight male gamer and focus on people who like looking at this.

Anyway, Nutaku seems to have a somewhat even landscape when it comes to desktop and mobile users, with 2017 seeing 55% of their users being on mobile devices and 45% of the users accessing the site through desktop.

Nutaku’s most popular games have also altered each year, with Pero Pero Seduction being their most popular game in 2015, Crush Crush being their biggest title in 2016, and Kamihime Project taking the top spot in 2017.

So far, Nutaku has avoided coming under fire from Social Justice Warriors and they’ve avoided being put under the spotlight from peddlers of panic like Fox News. Unfortunately for Steam they got caught up in the web of Puritanical censorship from local and international Christian groups, so it means no more uncensored mods being broadcast on Steam.

Nutaku, however, is investing big in developers… $10 million dollars big. They’re also running their own crowdfunding service through the Kimochi Red Light District, to help fund new adult-themed games.

Essentially, they seem to be growing rapidly and expanding their library rather quickly. It won’t be long before they’re making Steam-levels of money, so long as they can keep the new games coming in and expanding their user base multi-fold each year.
