The latest Open Discussion has appeared and offers you the usual stuff. This series on OAG is up for you or anyone to write down something about games or other mediums; in each discussion there’s no censorship. The Open Discussion series enables you to participate in a topic or start up your very own by posting anything of interest.
If sharing your passion, past experiences or knowledge about video games is your thing, the Open Discussion series is a place that accepts that and discussion outside of video games too. The purpose behind this series on OAG is to give you the opportunity to post up anything related or unrelated to the subject that is being discussed.
Furthermore, much like any post on this site, any comment will be approved and will not face censorship. If a comment of yours appears to be missing and it has been censored, whether it was censored by another service like WordPress or Disqus, let us know and we will try to fix the situation.
The topic at hand for this week’s Open Discussion is about relevancy. If a game happens to be relevant does it actually mean that it’s a good game or does it mean that people are only going back to it because competition is non-existent or very slim?
In addition to the above, these games considered relevant can be five years old, ten years old or even older. Moreover, if you want you can list games considered irrelevant or games you think should be relevant during this time.
As noted above and like every other Open Discussion, you don’t have to stay on topic. You can bring up other stuff if you want to, but if you do want to stay on topic and wish to explain what games or genres you think are/aren’t relevant you can do so below.
Also, check out the soundtrack to Thomas Was Alone and feel free to share your favorite video game music as well.
