The Tail Makes The Fox, Sinfully Devilish Otome Lands On Steam

Reine Works and Top Hat Studios announced that The Seven Districts of Sin: The Tail Makes The Fox – Episode 1 is available on Steam. The otome romance visual novel aimed at female gamers is about a demon auditor named Lilim who lives in Hell, and is sent to the Kumonoito District in order to carry out an audit at the behest of Lucifer.

While in the Kumonoito District, Lilim ends up encountering others living there with their own desires and goals, some of which conflict with Lilim’s aims and others that align with what she was sent there to do. Players will have the option of romancing from out of a pool of four characters, including two male relationships and two female relationships… so those of you who are into the whole yuri romance option will have it in The Tail Makes The Fox.

There’s a brief half minute trailer that gives you a short glimpse into the artwork and backgrounds that Reine Works put together for The Seven Districts of Sin: The Tail makes The Fox – Episode 1.

The press release mentions that as Lilim, players will be able to attempt to find someone special in the Kumoinoto District using a weaving and branching series of choices and routes afforded to the player.

There is a total of nine different endings depending on the choices you make throughout the game, and you’ll garner anywhere between four and six hours out of Reine Works’ new title.

The game has 10 different CG images to unlock along with six additional bonus illustrations.

It’s tough to tell if a game like this will warrant enough attention from the Steam community to end up getting an uncensored patch. Then again, otome visual novel’s aren’t exactly prime bait for the uncensored squad, and usually it’s not like the forums are filled with thirsty chicks begging for modders to drop the uncensored hammers on the game.

Anyway, if you were interested in The Seven Districts of Sin: The Tail Makes The Fox, you can check out the visual novel right now over on the Steam store.
