Two assassins get trapped in a crazy dimension where time keeps looping, and they believe that by killing their rival they’ll be able to escape the time loop. Bethesda and Arkane Studios upcoming title is aptly named Deathloop.
It starts with a black dude waking up in a foreign place, and talking about how terrible and chaotic it is there. He appears to be an assassin. Some black chick who is also an assassin also talks about the strange place they end up in, but she’s ecstatic about it because she lives for it, and kills to be there. The two dichotomous philosophies clash as both try to kill each other, with the black dude trying to escape, and the black chick wanting to stay.

No gameplay was on display so we have no idea what the actual game is like, but it reminded me of a cross between We Happy Few, Dishonored, and Woke Central ‘R Us.
The typical reactions from some of the Social Justice crowd on Twitter is pretty typical, as they’re only concerned about using video games as a vehicle for racial propaganda.

You can always tell when SJW leeches come out of the wood work to attach themselves to property, since none of those people ever heard of Urban Chaos, Marlow Briggs, Getting Up, Prototype 2, or freaking Interstate ’82!
Some of the other media outlets were wise to avoid talking about any sociopolitical matter, likely because there’s nothing known about the game other than that you’ll explore the world and take out targets and attempt to kill the other assassin.
There are no further details about the game, so we’ll have to wait for more information before knowing exactly what the gameplay is like. I wouldn’t doubt it if it turned out to be a launch title for the PS5 and Xbox Scarlett, which would explain why there was no gameplay footage.
