[Update 6/21/2019:] YouTube has reinstated the video.
[Original article:] A lot of people were absolutely frenzied and furious about OAG’s article mocking SJWs over the censorship that befell Arthur’s gay rat wedding in Alabama and Arkansas. The gist of the article was that SJWs have created an apocalyptic scenario in media with their unsavory tactics to get things banned and censored that they don’t like, and that eventually this would come back to bite them on the butt. It did. Well, further to that point, YouTuber Shoe0nHead attempted to take the piss out of the article with an epic takedown… except, the only thing that was taken down was her video.
Shortly after uploading the video on June 20th, 2019 and tweeting it out, it was barely a few hours later that the video was pulled down.

Her thread began filling up with people noting that halfway through watching the video, they were blocked from finishing it as the video cut out and YouTube informed them that the video had been removed for “hate speech”.

It’s true, if you attempt to watch the video it shows an error and a notice stating…
“This video has been removed for violating YouTube’s policy on hate speech. Learn more about combating hate speech in your country.”
If you attempt to view the video it’s no longer available in any country. As of the writing of this article the only thing you’re met with is a screen informing you that it’s been removed.
Hours later Shoe went back to Twitter to inform her audience that the video was down and was false flagged as “hate speech”.

Shoe and Armored Skeptic continued to appeal to YouTube, pleading to have the video restored, and tried to virtue signal Shoe’s LGBTQIA+ status to win enough points to get the video back up. But it was all to no avail.

Even after appealing the decision and having multiple tweets aimed at Team YouTube to get them to restore the video, YouTube maintained their stance. They rejected the appeal and continued to label the video as “hate speech”.

The thing is, if YouTube’s algorithm was pelted with false reports and it took a look at the title of the video, it’s easy to see how it might be an anti-SJW video attacking propaganda and criticizing “woke” culture. However, the video was reportedly the opposite of that.
This is one of those situations where censorship doesn’t even care about context, which was, yet again, the gist of the one article about SJW’s getting absolutely rectal wrecked over the Arthur episode being banned.
One of the things that people still have yet to realize is that the censorship is escalating, and it’s done so mostly at the hands of Social Justice Warriors who don’t care who gets caught up in the claws of the censorship crane. The so-called “Moderates” and Centrists™ keep trying to make it like “both sides are bad” in terms of censorship, but most of the bans, the blocks, the suspensions, and the terminations are being passed down from the Left. Every once in a while we’ll have an NCOSE or other religious group enact some form of censorship, but it’s rare and far between all of the censorious efforts being employed by those on the Left.
For instance, just recently Carlos Maza from Vox Media managed to initiate the VoxAdPocalypse all because Steven Crowder said some mean things about him. This resulted in multiple channels being permanently demonetized, putting a lot of people out of work, as well as other channels being completely terminated, which ended plenty of people’s YouTube careers.
But it’s not just YouTube where the censorship is running rampant. Nearly every week a variety of games get banned from Steam, usually for ideological reasons, filling up notches on the Waifu Holocaust list. There are also games that are constantly getting censored to meet Sony’s ideologically driven content standards for PS4 titles, usually involving the reduction of fan-service aimed at straight males. The list of censored PS4 games also continues to grow.

- Dart walk-on girls being put out of work for objectification? More Left-wing censorship.
- Formula One getting rid of the grid girls due to complaints of sexism? More Left-wing censorship.
- Car show booth babes being fired following feminist complaints? More Left-wing censorship.
- Digital books are being banned from being sold on Amazon? More Left-wing censorship.
- 200 kids books barred from a school library for reinforcing gender tropes? More Left-wing censorship.
The list goes on, and on, and on. Yet the Centrists™ and the “Moderates” continue to take aim at the wrong targets, continue to misinform people about who the real culprits are ruining society, and continue to ignore all of the widespread censorship happening around them, above them, below them, and even to them.
I doubt this will be the wake-up call to get someone like Shoe to take aim at YouTube and their sociopolitically-driven biases that have led to the scorched Earth censorship we’re seeing escalate across the platform. Heck, even with YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki openly admitting they use “raters” to mark “borderline content” to suppress it from appearing in the recommendations, we still have people willing to stick their heads in the sand. Pointing fingers at boogeymen and ghosts instead of the culprit standing in the room with the red paint on their hands.
It’s the same situation with Facebook’s censorship, Twitter’s censorship, and even Google’s shadow bans. People are still too entrenched in their ideologically dense beliefs to wake up and smell digital Armageddon.
Then again, maybe it’ll take the loss of a few more big YouTube channels before certain people get the hint that the enemy at the gates isn’t the one delivering the message about impending devastation and ruination; the enemy is the one doing the destroying and the ruining.
