Halo Moderators Censor Users From Discussing Bans Doled For Criticizing Black History Event

We used to play video games to escape from the agitprop doled out by the Left-wing lunatics in mainstream media. We turned off the TV when we saw degeneracy taking over prime-time. We opted out of the nightly news when we saw misinformation and fake news spread with unfettered rampancy. We stopped going to the movies when we saw our favorite franchises co-opted to push a regressive agenda. We thought we could resolve our time with enjoying video games, but that, too, has been overrun with racist Liberals utilizing race-baiting tactics to create further divides. This has been exemplified in no small part by the way the moderators over Halo: The Master Chief Collection have handled the criticisms of their divisive Black History Month event for Halo: Reach on Steam.

No one boots up a video game to get browbeat over the head with race-related identity politics. Yet that’s exactly what happened when gamers booted up Halo: Reach on Steam only to find that 343 Industries is running an event promoting African nameplates… and beads. We covered the initial outcome, which included 343 moderators banning tons of users for ridiculing them for tying Halo to an identity politics event that has nothing whatsoever to do with the game or its lore.

Well, it gets worse.

We were notified that users are being warned and are having their comments removed for even discussing other users being censored and banned within the community for criticizing the Black History Month event.

On February 3rd, 2020 the American Dream shared the following images with One Angry Gamer, indicating that even discussing the censorship can net you a ban.

The relevant part of the message is the reason for the warning, which reads…

“Do not repost content a moderator has removed, repost a topic that has been locked, remove a post edited by a moderator, or post about forum moderation decisions. If you have a question or concern about a forum moderation decision, please private message the applicable moderator.”

The crazy part about it is that there’s no way to tell in the thread itself which moderator issued the warning.

The comment thread has turned into a dumpster fire of censorship. Many of the comments are being removed that don’t align with the moderators’ authoritarian racism and anyone who speaks out against it are censored or banned.

As evident with the warning above, anyone who even criticizes or questions the moderators’ decisions or 343 Industries sociopolitical propaganda are checked or ousted.

This is what a dictatorship looks like, and Centrists™ who (in)valiantly suggested that if we “stay quiet and they’ll go away” now look like co-conspirators in having put these Communists in power.

Halo is lost, along with 343 Industries.
