After selling out to Epic Games, SNK decided the next best move for them is to sell out their own fanbase by siding with people who hate gamers: Social Justice Warriors.
The administrator over the SNK/Samurai Shodown Twitter account came under fire by the company for posting tweets that SJWs reported as being “inappropriate”. This came after the account posted some sexy images of the very busty and curvaceous Iroha on May 8th, 2020, as well as liked a tweet that joked about being “based” and “lewdpilled”.
Twitter account Saved You A Click FGC (which has no association with the Liberal-ran account Saved You A Click Video Games), managed to capture the tweet from the SNK account before it was deleted.

The tweets were removed following complaints made by a feminist Twitch streamer later in the day on May 8th, 2020, who reproached the SNK social media account for making “uncomfortable jokes”.
Even tho the ratio of male to female players in the samsho community is like 20:1 nobody has ever made me uncomfortable or feel like I don’t belong except the official samsho twitter. Which is wild because I’m pretty sure their job is to do the opposite.

It’s especially frustrating when what you want to see on the account is communication from the dev team on things the community is concerned about: fair SNKWC quals, PC version, broken lobbies, future plans for rollback, etc. and are met with uncomfortable jokes.

Super Yan later made follow-up tweets on May 11th, 2020, calling the people who liked the SNK Twitter accounts’ comments “troglodytes”.
As is typical with Twitter, simps and cucks came out of the woodworks to run defense for Super Yan and her opinions.
Honestly I’m not surprised to be met with the “LET US B HORNY OR U DIE” response from troglodytes, but why direct that at the Samsho twitter staff as well? 100% of what they’ve done is for you and today they made a very small concession to people who were uncomfortable.

This had the unfortunate side-effect of SNK stepping in to admonish their administrator and basically apologize to Social Justice Warriors for offending them.
They posted the apology on May 11th, 2020, but they did not receive any kind words from actual gamers and fans of SNK’s products.
A number of posts made by this account have been deemed inappropriate and offensive to members of our community.
The admin in charge has been given a strict warning to be more considerate. The offending posts have now been deleted.

Real gamers were quick to file into the thread to make their voices heard, chiding SNK away from giving in to the demands of Social Justice Terrorists, the people who set out to do nothing more than to further ruin the gaming industry more than they’ve already ruined it for the last six years (and counting).
SNK is one of the last bastions of making games for actual gamers, featuring hardcore gameplay and sexy female fan-service, something completely stripped out of every new Western title on the market or set to come out.

The administrator will quietly have to accept that the people are behind him; that he did nothing wrong; that real gamers appreciate his posts and comments.
Even YouTube outlet Memology 101 made a video about SNK bending the knee to the outrage mob.
Unfortunately it appears as if SNK may be converged. When or how it happened is still a mystery, but giving in to the Epic Games Store timed exclusivity for Samurai Shodown and apologizing to Social Justice Warriors means they’re at two out of three strikes.
Sadly, I get the feeling they may have already made their decision on who they would rather cater their services to.
