Square Enix published a tweet via the Marvel’s Avengers account on June 15th, 2020 promoting their upcoming livestream on June 24th for Marvel’s Avengers, the diversity-burdened action-adventure game for home consoles and PC. The tweet contained a memorial stature for Captain America that had been defaced by vandals, and some Social Justice Warriors called Square out for the tweet, which led to them deleting it.

The official Twitter account for Marvel’s Avengers deleted the tweet and then followed up with an apology on June 16th, 2020, claiming that the previous tweet was insensitive.
We’ve heard your response to our recent post and agree that now was not the appropriate time to share this content from our game. We apologize for being insensitive.

Many normal and sane people were thrown for a loop with befuddlement at Square’s apology.
So what exactly was insensitive about the previous tweet? Nothing.
Eurogamer, however, tries to pin the blame the tweet talking about the statue being defaced while riots, looting, vandalism, and unbridled crime is unfolding across the United States.

The world is becoming ever more insane, and yet people continue to make excuses for the increasing amounts of censorship and totalitarian-induced groveling that companies and individuals are forced to undergo to avoid falling victim to the Cancel Culture Cultists.
Don’t expect this to end. The end goal is a Communist state where freedom of expression, freedom of thought, and diversity of opinion will be forbidden.
Just remember, anyone who doesn’t speak up against this is complicit in allowing it to happen.
