The latest trailer from Dontnod Entertainment and Bandai Namco’s upcoming mystery-thriller, Twin Mirror, has revealed that the game will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and as a presumable timed exclusive on the Epic Games Store for PC.
The trailer doesn’t reveal much more than what was already teased some two years ago, when it was revealed that you would be taking on the role of a character who returns to his hometown only to find out that he wakes up one morning with a bloody shirt and a gun in his possession.
The game attempts to unravel both the main character’s sanity and the conspiracy surrounding his return to his troubled hometown.
You can check out the trailer below.
Things appear to be going a-okay just up until the end, where it’s revealed that the game will be appearing on PS4, Xbox One, and… the Epic Games Store.
They also hammer home that point in the YouTube description where it points to the Epic Games Store page for Twin Mirror.
Some games are exclusive for three months, other games are exclusive for six months, and a few more become exclusive for about a year.
Anyway, it’s interesting that Dontnod actually allows you to play as a straight, white male in the game. Most newer games from bigger publishers have you playing as a POCker or a woman, or as a female POCker, or as a member of the alphabet soup, or as a lesbian female POCker just to drive their degeneracy right into your face.
Anyway, Dontnod is one of those “Progressive” companies, so I’m sure they’ll find some way to slither in their Liberal values somehow.
No release date has been set yet, but Twin Mirror is set to release “soon”… just not on Steam or GOG.com, or any other PC digital distributor that isn’t the Epic Games Store.
