Ubisoft will allow players to pick Eivor’s gender in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. With that said, a new video has popped up, and it shows that players can change the gender of Eivor at any time via the Animus.
Ubisoft — who is on the Traitors of America list — aims to release Assassin’s Creed Valhalla across PC via Uplay and the Epic Games Store, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Stadia on November 17th, 2020.
In the meantime, Ubisoft has been attempting to promote the forthcoming Assassin’s Creed game by releasing info via live streams and blog posts.
However, it’s worth noting that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will let players switch back and forth between male and female Eivor at any time when playing the “next-gen” game. Although the way you might be able to do this might change at launch, in the demo, players can go into the options menu and switch to the opposite gender when interacting with the Animus “memory stream.”
With that said, you can check out Eivor change genders as if you were watching a mentally ill person change their Twitter icon and bio every time a new “revolution” pops up:

Lastly, the game that will allow for gay Vikings will release for PC and home consoles later this year during the fourth quarter. Until then, more Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla info and footage will likely appear during Ubisoft’s second digital Forward event in September.
