Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Gameplay Leaks Show Off Female Eivor

When Ubisoft isn’t busy filling out the ranks on the Traitors of America list, you can catch the company harboring male feminists like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla creative director Ashraf Ismail. On the topic of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, new gameplay footage has leaked ahead of Ubisoft’s July 12th “Forward” digital event.

If you don’t know, the upcoming game is set during the late ninth century, where King of Wessex — Alfred “The Great” — leads Saxon troops against Eivor’s clan in the old days of England.

Moreover, the game that will include gays also allows players to pick Eivor’s gender. In other words, Eivor can be male or female. With that said, you can see images of the “female” Eivor right here:

Now that you know how the manly “female” Eivor looks (which happens to resemble Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn), the following video starts during a quest titled “A Fury From the Sea.” The quest in question wants the player to travel to the “forward camp.”

Furthermore, after traveling for a long distance, Eivor must talk to Finnr at the forward camp. Eivor’s mission is to save a guy named Oswald and rid East-Aglia of Rued’s army.

After talking to Finnr and a camp of soldiers, the mission “A Fury From the Sea” continues, but this time the player must crash into the burgh castle.

After the player breaks through the burgh castle and into the shipyard’s gate, Eivor must take out and defeat Rued. After choosing to kill or spare Rued, the player must head out to Elmenham to take part in Oswald’s wedding.

Moreover, after doing the above will complete “A Fury From the Sea” and will start up the “Wedding Horn” quest. All of that can be seen right here depicting work in progress footage:

If the above video happens to be missing, you can check out the following videos right here:

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will release for PC via Uplay and the Epic Games Store, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, and Xbox Series X sometime in Q4 2020.
