Elon Musk is now learning this valuable lesson the hard way following implications that he is Heard’s abuser during deposition given in the Johnny Depp lawsuit against the Sun for libel, according to the BBC.
During Monday’s proceedings, Concierge Manager Trinity Esparza gave testimony affirming Johnny Depp’s version of events. On May 21, 2016, Johnny Depp was alleged by Amber Heard to have pitched a cell phone into her face resulting in easily discernible injuries. Surveillance and Miss Esparza’s testimony conclusively proved the injuries Heard was supposed to have sustained were non-existent.
On the 25, Miss Esparza commented on how flawless Heard’s skin appeared. Inquiring during the exchange as to what moisturizer she used to achieve those results. At the time, there were no injuries to Heard’s face, and Miss Esparza cites security footage she reviewed as proof to her statement.
Suddenly on the 27th, Heard is seen with a red mark under her right eye. A few weeks later, in June Or July, Heard is seen with a bruise on her neck and two bandages on her arm. Heard’s problem? Johnny Depp was out of the country filming for a movie. Leaving the only person staff report having encounters with Heard before both incidents being none other than Elon Musk. Prior to the proceedings, Musk has denied engaging in a relationship with Amber Heard before her breakup with Johnny Depp. Text messages and surveillance footage presented during the proceedings have entirely dispelled this narrative, implicating Musk in being engaged in an affair with Amber Heard for some time prior to their breakup. Since this evidence has come out, the formerly chatty Elon Musk has gone into self-imposed radio silence.
Does this conclusively prove he is Heard’s abuser? No, but evidence and testimony places him as Heard’s sole visitor during the periods in which the injuries were sustained. Putting Musk in the awkward position where he now needs to explain why and how the woman he was having an affair with, suddenly experienced noticeable injuries.
Musk does have two possible defenses if he is indeed responsible. Likely what happened was they were engaging in some consensual rough sex and some activity resulting in some minor injuries to Heard. Alternatively, Heard became violent as she has a history of doing so, forcing Musk to defend himself.
However, the injuries happened, the typically talkative and outgoing Elon Musk has remained silent during the proceedings. That the man who never shies away from the spotlight has gone quiet on an issue he previously had no qualms about discussing is worth noting.
