EVO Online Cancelled; Joey Cuellar Fired; Capcom Pulls Out Of EVO

The FGC is imploding, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone who jumped on the “woke” bandwagon is getting #MeToo’d into oblivion or having their businesses disrupted, or ending up on the bad side of the firing line, and the only thing I can say in response is “You get what you deserve!”.

In this case, Evolution Champion Series CEO, Joey “Mr. Wizard” Cuellar, was originally placed on administrative leave following accusations of sexual misconduct. A day later EVO announced that Cuellar was no longer CEO and that he’s being replaced and won’t be returning to the EVO scene.

The tweet was published on July 2nd, 2020.

The message states that Tony Cannon will be moved into position as the acting CEO, and will take on the “leadership role” of prioritizing accountability across EVO. The first part of the message simply confirms that Cuellar is done as an EVO executive…

“Over the past 24 hours, in response to serious allegations recently made public on Twitter, we have made the first of a series of important decisions regarding the future of our company. Effective immediately, Joey Cuellar will no longer be involved with Evo in any capacity. We are currently working towards his complete separation from the company and have relieved him of all his responsibilities.”

They also announced that EVO Online has been cancelled.

Capcom was already fast on the trigger to pull out of supporting this year’s EVO.

On July 2nd, 2020 the official Capcom Fighters account posted the announcement on Twitter that Capcom would no longer be supporting or participating in EVO 2020.

If you’re unable to view the message or read the image in the tweet, it states…

“In light of the recent accusations of misconduct made against Evo organizer Joey Cuellar, Capcom will no longer be participating in Evo 2020. Out of respect to those who have been affected and to the current investigation, we felt this was the appropriate course of action. We apologize to the players and fans who were looking forward to these tournaments.”

At this point they may as well go all-in.

I want see the whole infrastructure crumble under the weight of the ideological cesspool that is Cultural Marxism.

The FGC invited in these mentally ill people and now the FGC is being infected and purged by the monster they unleashed.

Since common sense and community gatekeeping couldn’t prevail, then none of it prevails. The whole thing needs to fall, and maybe then people will learn the invaluable lesson about protecting what’s theirs. Maybe people will learn that segregating from unhealthy portions of society isn’t such a bad thing after all.
