MangaGamer has found itself in a series of controversies recently, mainly between the localization department and the fans. The company is now trying to make it up to the fans by launching SkyFish Poco’s sexy-time visual novel, Nyan Café Macchiato: Sexy Times At The Cat Café, July 9th.
MangaGamer sent out word that since Anime Expo 2020 has been cancelled that they had to rely on making their announcements about new products via YouTube, which included their newest acquisition, Nyan Café Macchiato.

The story centers around Yamane Kouya, a poor bloke who can’t seem to end up on the right side of luck. Every job he’s had has resulted in his employer going broke (possibly after getting woke?) and he can’t just seem to catch a break after his apartment building is burned down one day, forcing him to have to work at his grandfather’s cat cafe, Nekotamaya.
On the upside, Kouya’s love-life seems quite promising, as one of his school crushes confesses her love for him along with two other beautiful chicks! This gives Kouya plenty of opportunities to explore his love life, either finding the perfect mate or building a loving harem.
The visual novel features a variety of CG images with the girls in various sexy outfits.
I doubt we’ll see this visual novel appear on Steam given that it’s an R18+ release and it takes place in a school setting, complete with schoolgirl outfits for the three love interests. And we all know how much Valve hates school settings, lolis, and flat-chested girls.
