History and the philosophies that surround it offer many varying insights into our collective fate. A common theme in many philosophical explorations is that we are merely repeating the same patterns over and over again. With some believing, we are doomed to this repetitious cycle to the end of time. If we are so lucky to be freed by oblivion.
Mark Twain professed a more optimistic view, “History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes”. Julius Evola, following a rigorous study of many ancient accounts, concluded that not only does history repeat itself, but we are not even the first expression of humanity to have arisen, nor will we be the first to fall. He professed that this cycle was not one we were damned to, but one we could ultimately break.
Patton, who BLM is attempting to erase from history, offered that we must “Prepare for the unknown by studying how others in the past have coped with the unforeseeable and the unpredictable”. In following his advice, we can break this vicious cycle.
By now, you are probably wondering what that has to do with the topic. Well, let’s explore a history. In 1865 the democratic party founded the KKK to combat the rising political power of African Americans. In 1875 congress, led by republicans, established the Civil Rights Act of 1875. The last civil rights act to be passed until the reforms emerged in 1964. In the Civil Rights act of 1866, all those born in the United States had certain unalienable rights. The 1875 Act expanded on this, establishing all men in the United States were equal regardless of skin color. That no businesses could discriminate against a person for reason of their race. The Civil Rights Act of 1871 was passed to suspend the legal rights of members of the Ku Klux Klan and other leftist dominated organizations.
In 2013 Marxists formed Black Lives Matters that went on to hijack any issue of reform and continue to set back the black community. Chiefly by burning it to the ground in recent riots. Sometime in the early 2000s, the left also formed Antifa to dismantle our nation systematically. Sounding familiar yet?
In the 1880s following Democrats’ removal of the Civil Rights Act of 1875, Jim Crow laws were passed throughout the nation. In the 2010s to 2020s, leftist organizations are now pushing for segregation and protectionist status for Blacks.
Joining this recent cavalcade of racism undoing decades of progress is Reddit’s declaration that only whites can be racist. Thus making them the only race capable of being guilty of hate speech. A term many have decried as anti-white to scores of Centraliststm claiming that is absurd. Now the left isn’t even pretending anymore.
Rule 1: Remember the human. Reddit is a place for creating community and belonging, not for attacking marginalized or vulnerable groups of people. Everyone has a right to use Reddit free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence. Communities and people that incite violence or that promote hate based on identity or vulnerability will be banned.
Marginalized or vulnerable groups include, but are not limited to, groups based on their actual and perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, immigration status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, or disability. These include victims of a major violent event and their families.
While the rule on hate protects such groups, it does not protect all groups or all forms of identity. For example, the rule does not protect groups of people who are in the majority or who promote such attacks of hate.
It doesn’t end there. In an act of malicious compliance, moderators for Justice Served subreddit informed their posters they could no longer post anything that made blacks look bad. Including video, pictures, or statistics. It’s played out at this point, but 1984 was intended as a warning, not a manual.
Due to the new reddit updates to it’s policies and rules, as well as administrator conversations with users; we can no longer allow any post, comments, or other content that shows a POC as the aggresor. This is considered hate speech and/or harassment towards an important minority group and is no longer allowed. This absolutely means any videos, as well as news reports, photos, personal stories, data/statistics, police reports, or any other form of media.
As you read this, the left is once against undoing racial equality that our ancestors strove to create. A nation where every man and woman would have the right to succeed or fail based on their actions, not the color of their skin. Where people would be judged on merit, not race. If you dare stand against this, then you are on the wrong side of history and are a bigot. Yet I can tell you history will never remember them fondly whether they succeed or whether people find the courage to oppose them.
