Rogue Company, MMOTPS Beta Is Available For Download

Cross-platform multiplayer third-person shooter, Rogue Company, from Hi-Rez Studios and First Watch Games is currently available for download on the Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and from the Epic Games Store for PC, which is a real shame for people who don’t want to support anything affiliated with the CCP (i.e., Tencent).

One of the highlights of the game is that it allows for both cross-platform competition and cross-platform progression. So you could start playing on the Switch and then switch over to the Xbox One later. That’s not a bad feature at all, especially if you want the portability of the Switch, but would prefer playing with higher resolution and fidelity from one of the bigger platforms.

Switch owners, however, get the added bonus of being able to make use of precision motion-controls, which could help give them a leg up on their PS4 and Xbox One comptitors.

Furthermore, for it to be [current year] I’m rather shocked that they allowed the leading female face of the game to wear sexy clothing and actually show some measure of cleavage.

Usually they keep the women all covered up and prevent them from showing any kind of sex appeal at all.

If you were still interested in Rogue Company the game is available to download for free from the Nintendo eShop, the PlayStation Store, or the Microsoft Store. Surprisingly the game’s client for the Switch is 7.4GB, so you will need to make room for this one if you plan on grabbing the beta.

Now for the bad news: Unfortunately, Hi-Rez Studios is on the Traitors of America master list. They could have avoided that by just keeping their mouths shut, but they decided to wade into the thicket and throw their lot in with domestic terrorists instead of just staying in their lane.
