Tales Of Arise Rated By Australian Classification Board

Although the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has not rated Tales of Arise given that its rating is currently pending, the Australian Classification Board has done so unveiling the nooks and crannies of what the M-rated JRPG will feature at launch.

Catching wind from website dualshockers.com, Tales of Arise has been rated in the land down under. If you don’t know, yours truly is a big fan of the “Tales of” series, and seeing that the JRPG in question has finally resurfaced and made headlines again is a sight for sore eyes.

For those interested in the forthcoming game should know that when a game is rated, it often means that notable news is right around the corner. For instance, Ghost of Tsushima was rated not too long ago in Australia on April 17th and then released on July 17th.

In other words, in the next few months, keep your eyes and ears open since Bandai Namco might release/announce something related to the upcoming JRPG soon. In the meantime, you can check out Tales of Arise’s rating right here courtesy of classification.gov.au:

The last time we heard about Tales of Arise was back on June 25th of this year in that the game faced a delay. Before that setback, the JRPG had a release window of “2020.”

Moreover, according to Yusuke Tomizawa, Tales of Arise’s Producer, the team is working on implementing a “familiar but innovative gameplay” system for veterans and newcomers alike to enjoy. Furthermore, the team also wants to push the “technical envelope” to deliver “high graphical quality.”

Lastly, Tales of Arise will debut across PC via Steam, PS4, and Xbox One. Although the game no longer has a release date, it’s safe to assume that the JRPG will gain PS5 and Xbox Series X support.
