The Adults Only release of Nurarihyon and and Denpasoft’s R18+ lifelike romance dating sim, Shohei’s Adult Streaming Channel, has made its way to Steam… surprisingly enough.
The game can be purchased from over on the Steam store for $12.99. But given Valve’s censorious policies, it would probably be best to grab a digital copy from over on the Denpasoft store page instead.
The title is kind of unique in a way since you’re an observer of Shohei, a streaming host who ends up having a female guest on his show named Takakura Saeko-san that interacts with his horny audience. The audience convinces Shohei to get his guest undressed and start engaging in lewd acts, which you, the gamer, get to view.

It’s safe to say that Takakura Saeko certainly crosses over into the uncanny valley. On the upside, though, it means super high quality content and a virtual JAV actress that’s almost so real you could touch her.
On the downside, though, Denpasoft acknowledged that the R18+ release does contain mosaics over the genitals of the 3D thespians. However, there is yet another upside to this story and it’s that Denpasoft is working on an uncensored patch to remove the mosaics.
In a Steam forum post Denpasoft explained…
“We are planning to offer a DLC to remove mosaics. We don’t have an ETA when it will be ready at this time however.”
While the mosaics are annoying for a lot of people – whether you get the Steam version or the one from Denpasoft – at least they have plans on offering a DLC patch to remove them.
As for how long this game will stay on Steam? I give it six to eight months before someone at Valve decides to pull the plug on it. That seems to be about the average time some newer Adults Only titles from Asian developers last on Steam before they mysteriously get banned and end up on the Waifu Holocaust list. Hopefully I’m wrong and Shohei’s Adult Streaming Channel manages to maintain a long and healthy life on digital storefronts.
