Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age Cheats Enable Infinite Health, Gils, MP

(Last Updated On: February 3, 2018)

A couple of new trainers have popped up for Square Enix’s re-release of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, which dropped for the PS4 and PC. The game originally came out on the PlayStation 2 ages ago, but Square sees a lot of dollar signs in remastered games, so they’re pulling everything out of the hat like a magician who was being paid per rabbit appearance. Anyway, if you own a copy of the game on PC and you want to shuffle through the grinding parts or beat a boss with ease, there are some cheats for that.

The first cheat trainer is available as a free download over on the Mr. Antifun page.

The trainer only has four options, which are listed below:

  • Infinite Health
  • Infinite MP
  • Infinite Gils
  • Infinite Licenses

Obviously the most important cheats for combat are the infinite health and infinite MP options, which would allow you to throw out magic as if you were throwing caution to the wind, and tank damage as if you were George Foreman eating everything Holyfield could throw at you and still not go down.

However, the one cheat that most gamers might be interested in who have an actual fervor to master the tactical elements of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is the infinite licenses. In the re-release the licenses are what grant you access to new abilities, skills and job opportunities as you advance your character through the game. Being able to mix and match licenses, abilities and affinities early on could prove to be a rather interesting and entertaining affair for curious gamers.

There’s also a second cheat trainer available for download from over Cheat Happens.

This trainer may be a premium one but it certainly carries more heft to its optional catalog, as listed below:

  • Set HP
  • Set MP
  • Set XP
  • Set LP
  • Set Level
  • Unlimited Player Health
  • Unlimited Player MP
  • Unlimited Party Health
  • Quick Damage/Easy Enemies
  • Unlimited Item/Potion Use
  • Set Gil
  • Set Clan Rank Points
  • Instant Attacks

Here you can see that there are a few more cheats to allow players to strategically get by in the game without relying on the god mode or infinite MP. The quick damage is useful for those stuck on a certain boss but don’t want to cheese their way through the entire fight. The unlimited potions or item use are good for those moments where you’re running dry and you need a little bit of a pick me up.

Being able to set your level and your XP will also likely come in handy if you don’t want to micromanage cheats during or just out of combat, and you can also set your clan rank points to zip through that area of the game a lot faster than normal.

Also, it’s a single-player game so you don’t have to worry about being VAC banned for using cheat trainers. You can cheat as often and as much as you like as if you were married to blind, deaf, mute whose only way of being able to tell you’ve been putting the hanky in the panky is because you forgot to wash your lover’s scent off your clothes when you got back home; always remember to wash your clothes when you get back home from a late night tryst.

Anyway, Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is available on PC right now, but some people are complaining about the presence of Denuvo, so it’s something to keep in mind. The game is available for $49.99 over on the Steam store.
