Fakku! announced that Lyricbox’s My Little Sister Can’t Possibly Have A Hemorrhoid?! has officially launched in all its uncensored glory on their storefront for $19.99. The absolutely sordid tale of incest and loli-oriented butt-play is the sort of game that would make Valve’s “Rogue Employees” recoil in disgust and horror, while at the same time puckering the interests of poofer connoisseurs.
The visual novel is exactly what the name infers. You’ll take on the role of an older brother who has to deal with his little loli sibling’s hemorrhoid issue. Her brother attempts to purchase a suppository but things don’t quite go as planned, with the store describing the hijinks that unfold as the older brother has to do the uncouth duty of dealing with his little sister’s duty dumper. The description states…
“Surprisingly enough, suppositories are pretty difficult to insert without someone else’s help. She gathers up her courage to make that embarrassing request, shaking all the while with her face beet red. Her brother’s sense of reason nearly shatters when he sees his adorable sister in that helpless state! How will he respond?! Well… things rapidly escalate, reaching a point where even his little sister’s best friend gets caught up in the ensuing craziness…”
Things keep escalating between the trio, and what starts as an act to heal hemorrhoids turns into an obsession with your little sister’s fudge dispenser.
The feedback for the visual novel is mostly positive so far, but unfortunately they don’t talk about how long it is or whether or not there are alternate routes, so you either have to head on over to the page and start dropping questions like your little sister in the VN drops deuces, or you’re going to have to just take a deep dive into the unknown like sending a probe into the darkest depths of Uranus.
