Reports Clarify Kevin Feige's Comments About LGBTQIA+ Character In Upcoming MCU Film

Originally reports had gone around based on a Q&A panel at the New York Film Academy that Marvel Studios executive producer Kevin Feige responded to a question about adding more trans characters to their films, and confirmed that a trans character was going to appear in an upcoming MCU film. Well, new reports are coming out claiming that Kevin Feige may have misspoke and that he didn’t specifically mean that a trans character was going to be added to a film currently in production, but that a gay character will.

Bounding Into Comics picked up the news from Variety, who is reporting that someone close to Marvel told them that Feige meant that there would be someone from the LGBTQIA+ spectrum featured in The Eternals and not that a trans character would appear.

The relevant section from the Variety article states…

“While Feige’s answer appeared to respond to the specific question about a trans character, two sources close to the studio tell Variety that Feige only intended to respond to the first part about LGBT+ characters, and he did not mean to imply that a trans character will be coming to the MCU ‘very soon.’”

So just to recap: When Kevin Feige was asked if they were adding any trans characters to their upcoming films, when he responded “yes… absolutely yes” and said “very soon”, he wasn’t referring specifically to trans characters, but primarily those across the alphabet soup spectrum.

Variety, more pointedly, addresses that Feige was likely referring to the upcoming film The Eternals, which features an openly gay character, as confirmed by Kevin Feige.

Why do these films need characters? Well, the typical agitprop pushers will claim “Representation is important!” but why do people who make up a minuscule single digit on the census need to be represented all across media?

  • Do BBW fetishists need to be represented as well?
  • How about those who are into midgets? Do they need representation, too?
  • What about BDSM practitioners? Do they need representation?
  • How about the foot fetishists?
  • The watersport furries?
  • How about the “Cleveland Steamer” tongue-swappers? Do they also need representation?

Just because some niche group of people exist doesn’t mean they need to be broadcast all over mainstream movies and media. It seems like the weebs and otaku are some of the last groups left who just want to enjoy and consume their media without all of this bull-crap nonsense surrounding “representation”.

But don’t worry, the more they push and force the agenda down the throats of normies who don’t want to eat the sausage delivered by the Midnight Meat Mounties, the more you’ll find that people will recoil and rebel at being force-fed the propaganda.

The Derriere Dilettantes are really pushing their luck here with trying to not only race and gender swap characters popular within the comic book niche, but they’re also adding the cardinal sin of changing their orientation, too.

In fact, I don’t even think there is one team member remaining from The Eternals who is still a straight, white male. They’ve all been co-opted and systematically ravaged by the Butt Fudge Buccaneers.
