The official art and wallpaper for Riot Games’ League of Legends has been censored in South Korea and China. The wallpaper and art for the League of Legends Displays app for Europe have also been censored.
Comparisons of the art being censored were picked up by Twitter user Papuchochoe.

In the Twitter thread there are various image comparisons, showing that in one image the woman was replaced with an axe. In another image Katarina has her midriff covered.
You can see the comparison below.

Other images were also censored, including Jinx having one of her legs covered and the other with the shorts made longer. Her midriff was also completely covered up.
Some of the censored art were put on display in a video by Memology 101, which you can check out below.
However, it’s not entirely the fault of West Coast puritans, but they still bear the brunt of some of the responsibility.
Papuchochoe points out that the change actually came about due to China and South Korea. Unfortunately some of the censorship also bled over into the Polish version of the Display app for League of Legends.
1 more kata + overall they censored some clevages (Shiraza, Senna etc), bones

The English version of the Display app has not been affected, and the images have not been censored for the other Western versions of League of Legends… for now.
However, don’t be shocked if eventually in the future they begin to retroactively censor some of the art in the West as well.
(Thanks for the news tips Tim at Where and Trevor)
