Ubisoft is gearing up to show off Assassin’s Creed Valhalla gameplay on May 7th, 2020. The upcoming game will have a spotlight during the Xbox Team’s latest digital event, which will take place on the same day at 8:00 A.M. PDT / 5:00 P.M. EST.
Whether it be strong female Vikings or gay Vikings, the forthcoming game by Ubisoft will include the aforesaid in its take on the ninth-century conflict between the Vikings and Saxons — which shouldn’t come in as a surprise given that we’re in current year.
And on the topic of conflict, gamers might see some form of combat in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla as per a new message that the game’s creative director relayed on Twitter.
The message in question by Ashraf Ismail sits below:
To be clear, this is an in-game first look teaser 😊

If you can’t read the family of tweets as posted above by creative director Ismail, he’s basically saying that he’s excited to show off Assassin’s Creed Valhalla gameplay through a trailer during Inside Xbox’s “First Look” event.
In addition to the above, he also claims that this new gameplay trailer is only an “in-game first look teaser” video. In other words, don’t expect anything long or detailed when the 7th rolls around this month.
Back on April 30th, 2020, Ubisoft made mention that every choice made in-game can affect the game’s open-world. This ranges from raiding enemies, growing settlements to building up political connections.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will also let players sail from the shores of Norway to the kingdoms of England (and beyond).
With all of that said, we’ll see what Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has to offer when May 7th pops up. In the meantime, the next installment in the ongoing series will release for PC via Uplay and the Epic Games Store, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, and Xbox Series X sometime in Q4 2020.
