Transformers: Reactivate has surfaced online through leaked internal trailer footage, revealing what the cancelled co-op action shooter looked like before its untimely demise.
The leaked reel showcases familiar Autobots and Decepticons engaging in third-person combat across ruined urban warzones, highlighting the narrative-focused cooperative multiplayer developer Splash Damage originally planned.
Production on the licensed shooter kicked off back in 2022, but internal corporate shakeups led to the entire project quietly getting scrapped in 2025.
If you were hoping to squad up with friends to push back against alien invaders, this leaked footage stands as the only remaining glimpse of the cancelled title.
