Grand Theft Auto VI sleuths believe they have tracked down the actor behind male protagonist Jason, pointing to Rob Brinkmann as the most probable candidate. Community investigators cross-referenced Brinkmann's facial structure and vocal cadence against Rockstar Games' official reveal footage.
The actor recently shared new social media clips that showcase an uncanny vocal match to the brief lines Jason delivered in the initial trailer. Dylan Rourke had previously topped community speculation boards, but Brinkmann's features and delivery have tipped the scales heavily in his favor.
Both candidates fit Rockstar's established casting strategy of recruiting lesser-known talent from independent films rather than household Hollywood names. If you are waiting on official confirmation, Rockstar will likely keep performer identities under lock and key until Grand Theft Auto VI lands on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in 2025.
