Pocketpair community lead John Buckley revealed that desperate gamers have flooded his inbox begging the Palworld developer to buy Mass Effect from Electronic Arts.
Buckley laughed off the requests while floating his own wishlist of dormant intellectual properties he would rather rescue from publisher purgatory if given the chance.
While turning down the sci-fi RPG, Buckley joked that he would eagerly buy Jade Empire, revive Dungeon Keeper or Command & Conquer: Red Alert, and noted commercial potential in Army of Two and Lost Odyssey.
If you were hoping an indie powerhouse would wrest BioWare franchises away from EA, the publishing giant still holds tight reins over its neglected catalog.
