Riot Games and French animation house Fortiche Production are currently developing a full-length League of Legends feature film following the massive critical acclaim of Arcane.
The cinematic project carries the internal codename KEANU, with production quietly spinning up behind closed doors as early as 2022. Circulating reports suggest the upcoming adaptation will leave Piltover behind to chronicle the brutal, expansionist empire of Noxus.
The animated feature is currently targeting a 2027 premiere window, giving Fortiche plenty of runway to deliver the same painstaking visual fidelity that elevated their television efforts.
