Ubisoft is reportedly looking to acquire Dishonored and Deathloop developer Arkane Lyon, according to industry reporter Jason Schreier. The French publisher is not alone in its pursuit, with insider sources indicating that two additional companies are actively interested in buying the team.
Arkane Lyon currently sits under Microsoft's ZeniMax Media umbrella and is deep into development on the upcoming Marvel's Blade adaptation. Any potential buyout would significantly disrupt production, with sources warning that a studio handover would likely push the action game's launch window back to 2027 or 2028.
